DYNAMIC CAPABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OF PHARMACEUTICAL FIRMS IN NAIROBI COUNTY

This study determined the influence of dynamic capabilities and performance pharmaceutical firms in Nairobi County. Descriptive research design was employed this study. The targeted 165 respondents from 33 County registered by Pharmacy Poisons Board as at 1st January 2023. sampling frame comprised customer service representatives, operations managers, procurement marketing managers production managers. sample size 117 using stratified random technique. Primary data collected a well-designed semi-questionnaire. Quantitative analyzed descriptive inferential statistics SPSS Version 26.0. analysis were used significance level 0.05. included; frequencies, Mean, standard deviation percentage while involved correlation linear regression analysis. Prior to conducting multiple regressions, ensured that assumptions met. presented form tables models. Using Pearson coefficient, findings established direct positive relationship between independent variables; capability, technological managerial capability resilience capability. Further inference regressions showed significant proportionate contribution towards firms. observed greatest predictive power had least power. In regard, recommended table banking groups should well pursue viable economical external sources funding boost their capital base support group investment activities. ought develop key functional areas.
